.68 soak stopped on stuck DITA recon-pending (NOT_STRICTLY_NEWER fence, hl_fill_admission.py:424). .69 relaunched @ HEAD 0d58683 with the recon fix (0 RECON GATED, trades cycling, TP arms ACK through ws gen-2 reconnect, exits close, proof_ok, 0 stale/429/5xx). Happy Birthday — signed pool4.
