+## Soak `.69` — live & healthy @ HEAD `0d58683`
+Launched right after the recon-pending blocker got fixed (`fix: admit owned
+reconciliation fills regardless of cursor timestamp` — ownership check moved
+before the strictly-newer fence in `hl_fill_admission.py:424`). Status at the
+30-minute soak-review wake:

+- **Recon fix holds:** `RECON GATED=0` across 20+ trades (incl. post-reconnect) —
+  the `NOT_STRICTLY_NEWER` fence in `hl_fill_admission.py:424` no longer refuses
+  the closed-trade fill row that proves completion.
+- **TP-ACK fix (`fe6828f`) holds:** soak survived `ws_generation=2` reconnect;
+  post-reconnect `EXIT ARMED on confirmed fill` → `TP REST-ON-ENTRY ACKED` →
+  `DITA TERMINAL LIFECYCLE accepted:true`; 0 `STALE LIFECYCLE` drops.
+- **Exits close:** `MAX_HOLD` break-glass exits complete cleanly; account flat
+  between cycles (`proof_ok:true`, `used_margin=0`, `positions=[]`).
+
+`.68` was stopped on the stuck-recon fault; `.69` relaunched with
+6.13 hard gate + $17 floor + `fe6828f` + the recon fix.
