cc-ultrav-1 20a7fd0dc2 fix: dynamic target timestamp display (was hardcoded 'Oct 4') 
The startup message showed 'Oct 4 00:00:00' regardless of TARGET_TS value.
Now uses datetime.fromtimestamp(TARGET_TS) for accurate display.
